Legal Transaction Information: Policy number, policy start date, policy end date, policy term, previous policy data, victim’s full name, risk address, claim file number, claim file information/documents, receivable balance, legal follow-up information, attachment information, information on lawsuits filed against, police reports, expert report, vehicle information, vehicle usage information, license plate, vehicle chassis number, TRAMER record, disability and birth reports, employment start date, employment termination information, workplace, salary information, burial permit.
Financial Information: Credit card details, account information, IBAN number, loan amount, debt balance, payment information, bank account details, premium payments, dates and amounts, credit score information.
Transaction Security Information: Signature / stamp.
Victim Transaction Information: Full name of the reporting person, account information, vehicle usage information, vehicle-related information, content of suggestions/complaints/requests, complaint information received/collected from relevant channels, actions taken for complaints received/collected from relevant channels and evaluation reports, complaint information received/collected via internet and social media, call center records, damage payments.
Special Category Personal Data: General health information, current disease/complaint/treatment information, harmful substance use habits, X-ray results, laboratory results, health reports, autopsy reports, alcohol use information, hospital reports, data related to criminal convictions and security measures.
Visual and Audio Data: Voice recording.
Physical Premises Security Information: Camera recordings.
Your personal data is securely stored in physical or electronic form for an appropriate period for the purposes of processing and legal grounds listed above. Within the scope of these activities, our Company acts in compliance with all obligations stipulated in the relevant legislation, primarily the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), regarding the protection of personal data.
