Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy is a large-scale city housing development by Emlak Konut GYO, in partnership with Türk Hava Yolları and the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. Situated in Arnavutköy–Dursunköy, the project spans approximately 1,000,000 m², comprising around 250 low-rise residential blocks over 10 phases, totaling 12,456 units, along with 441 commercial shops
